The Imposter Syndrome Solution – Issue #30

I take massive action towards my goals every day.
(Say this 3 times today)

How do you know when imposter syndrome is normal?

I explain it in this new video right here.

It’s important to know that you are NOT alone if you are experiencing feelings that you do not deserve the success you’re having…

Or that someone might expose you as being a “fraud” to the market.

70% of people who are going after their goals and dreams deal with “imposter syndrome” at some point in their careers.

Those who let it stick around… well, they either stop themselves from their full potential or end up sabotaging their success.

My goal is to make sure you are aware of this BEFORE the inevitable happens.  I have a simple exercise that can truly help you overcome imposter syndrome quickly!

Weekly Thoughts

One of my practices recently has been a reframing practice.

How do I take what I perceive to be a bad situation or something negative and make it positive?

It’s been a really interesting practice that has been very eye-opening.

Why?  For one… everything that is negative has the opportunity to be positive if we CHOOSE to look at it through a different lens or perspective.

And understanding this is really mind-blowing for me.

So, if I choose to label something as negative, I am the person and reason that it’s negative.

This exercise shows that you truly have a choice in how you look at things or label them.

T. Harv Eker says, “Nothing has meaning except for the meaning you give it.”  And I couldn’t agree with him more.

Everything we see, experience, and hear has given a meaning WE choose to give.  Whether that’s influenced by people or beliefs, we still have the OPTION to pick and choose our labels.

So, my challenge for you is, for the next 2 days, turn your negatives into positives.  Commit to supporting yourself with your thoughts and feelings.

And let me know how it works for you!

Stay healthy, stay safe, and go get ‘em this week. 🙂

To Your Success,
